PROVIDER ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We strongly believe in the concept of "partnership" with those who deliver services to GlobalHealth members. To maintain open communication, we encourage Providers to direct questions and concerns to our Provider Relations department.
GlobalHealth has Provider Relations staff in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Providers can reach the Provider Relations staff in several ways:

The Provider Relations staff will be able to assist in answering many questions Providers may have including but not limited to:
- Joining the network
- Knowing your network status or whether a referral you wish to make is to a GlobalHealth participating Provider
- Adding or changing a facility program
- Claims issues or concerns
- Contract language and reimbursement schedule
- Application Status, Credentialing/Re-credentialing Status
- Provider Numbers (Unique assigned ID and Vendor numbers)
- Change in availability (i.e. extended leave, sabbatical)
